Delivery Term & Conditions
We are committed to providing you with quality products and services that meet your expectations and comply with the Singapore Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (CPFTA). We do not engage in any unfair practices as defined by the Act. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing your order with us.
Delivery
- Items are subjected to be collected by the purchaser upon purchase at the Main Office.
- Purchaser is to indicate at the check the date of collection with a min 3 days lead time.
Returns, exchanges, and refunds
No refunds upon item(s) purchased and/or delivered. You may however contact us at least 5 days in advance for any order cancellations or amendments. Please note that:
- If you cancel your order within 5 days of the scheduled delivery date, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid, excluding any delivery fees.
- If you cancel your order less than 5 days before the scheduled delivery date, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 20% of the total order value, plus any delivery fees.
- If you amend your order within 5 days of the scheduled delivery date, you may be subject to additional charges or delays, depending on the availability and complexity of the changes requested.
- If you amend your order less than 5 days before the scheduled delivery date, we reserve the right to reject your request or charge you an amendment fee of 10% of the total order value, plus any delivery fees.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability to you. In such cases, we will issue a full refund of the amount paid, excluding any delivery fees.
We also reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice or liability to you. You are advised to review these terms and conditions periodically for any changes. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.
Duties and taxes
- We only provide service locally within Singapore. Our prices are inclusive of all taxes applicable in Singapore. We do not accept orders from outside Singapore. If you are located outside Singapore, please do not place an order with us. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
